Thanksgiving is on its way, which means you just might be planning out the many delicious foods to pile high onto your plate, those of which you will eat second helpings, and then there’s the dessert! If you’ve been keeping up with the Keep Keller Fit 2016 campaign, you know that your community is looking out for your health (so there’s absolutely something you can do to combat the Turkey Day calorie bomb on the horizon). About the Event
Enjoy this run/walk event that is good for you and fun for the entire family! Whether you prefer a timed race or a leisurely stroll, this Turkey Trot offers 5K and 10K options. Even more exciting? It’s the first ever of this particular trot in Keller and you’ll receive a T-shirt and medal!

The event will take place at Keller City Hall Building, which is located at the following address:

Event Date and Time
The trot will occur on November 24th, 2016. The 10K begins at 8:00am; the 5K begins at 8:15am. A party and awards follow, wrapping up at around 10:30am.
Event Admission
Fees per race vary according to the length of the race and the date of purchase. (Hint: Earlier ticket purchases are the least expensive). The 5K untimed race fee ranges from $20 to $30 per person. The 5K timed race fee ranges from $20 to $40 per person. The 10K timed race fee ranges from $35 to $50 per person. For specific details, check the event’s page. Also, remember to register!
