First Visit

Prior to your first visit we will mail you a Welcome Packet that contains a health history questionnaire, office policies and directions to the office. Please complete the health history form before your appointment. If there is not sufficient time to mail the packet before your appointment, you can print the necessary forms from the website by clicking here.

Your initial exam will last approximately one and a half hours. We will provide a comprehensive head and neck exam, an oral cancer screening and a jaw joint (TMJ) screening. We will check your gum health, take any necessary x-rays, provide oral hygiene instructions, discuss any recommended treatment and answer any questions you may have. If the health of your gums is good and you are current on your cleanings, then we will also clean your teeth on this visit.
